stands for Izabella, Larisa, Ralph and Heinz:

Izabella Stelmaszewska, Office and Project Manager of the Secretariat of PBICA, Polish Association of Business Incubators and Innovation Centers in Poznan, Poland. She also works in projects with SPICE Group and gives IZLARAH one of the voices.

Larisa Brovarska, is running the Secretariat of SPICE Group in Poznan—and occasionally in Berlin as well. She organizes SPICE events (wherever they take place), keeps SPICA Directory up-to-date and contributes to IZLARAH as the other of the two voices.

Ralph Paulsen-Bahnsen plays the guitar (not only) for IZLARAH. He is a professional musician, composer and music teacher. You may experience his skills in concerts for classical guitar as well as with singers from many countries.

Heinz Fiedler, is the non-hearable “H” in IZLARAH. This describes his role in IZLARAH—he occasionally adds some rhythm to the music by playing the tambourine.

Thomas Fiedler is the master of the music behind the scenes: he is the music manager and owner of the recording studio: Brickyard Records Ventschau.
